Overview
Iluminai offers multiple sign-in options to accommodate different brokerage setups and user preferences. Before using Single Sign-On (SSO), it’s important to note that you must have already completed the standard Iluminai registration process. Whether your account is managed directly through Iluminai or integrated with a third-party provider like Google or Zoho, this guide will walk you through how to log in successfully.
Iluminai ID
This is the standard method for logging in using your email and password set up during the Iluminai registration process.

Google Sign in
You can use your Google account to sign in if it matches the email associated with your Iluminai account.
Steps to Sign in with Google
- On the Sign in page, click Sign in with Google
- A Google popup will appear. Select the account associated with your Iluminai email
- If prompted, grant access to proceed
- You'll be redirected back to the platform, logged in securely
Note: If you don't see your account or get an error, double-check that the email used by your Brokerage is the same as your Google email.
Zoho Sign in
Zoho login is also supported for brokerages that manage user accounts through Zoho's suite of services.
Steps to Sign in with Zoho
- On the Sign in page, click Sign in with Zoho
- You'll be redirected to the Zoho login screen
- Enter your Zoho email and password
- Once authenticated, you'll be redirected back to the Iluminai platform
Reminder: Your Zoho email must exactly match the email tied to your Iluminai account.
