Overview

With Iluminai, you can send the Privacy Notice and Consent form to your Client(s) by email for review and digital signature. The Client(s) will receive a link that will direct them to a page where they can read the notice and consent information, and sign electronically from their own device. You can send the request to up to three Clients (for example, multiple parties involved in the same transaction), helping you streamline compliance, reduce back-and-forth, and keep documentation organized in one place.

Completing a Privacy Notice and Consent record

1. From the Dashboard, click the New Form button in the top-right

2. Select BCREA Privacy Notice and Consent

3. Fill in the Client(s) information

4. At the bottom, click the Create button

5. A confirmation dialogue will appear, summarizing the recipient(s) that will receive the form. Click Confirm to send the form to your client(s)
