Client Directory

Manage Clients and track related forms in one place.



Overview

The Client Directory in Iluminai gives Agents a single place to create, organize, and manage Clients, while also keeping clear visibility into which compliance forms are still needed and which have already been completed for each Client.

When you create a Client record, you can capture key details such as the Client's name, email address, and date of birth. After the Client is created, you can quickly start new forms directly from the Client's profile, keeping all form activity tied to the correct Client for easier tracking and follow-up.

The Client Directory also supports remote workflows:

  • You can send remote ID verification requests to a Client for FINTRAC forms.
  • British Columbia (BC) Agents: you can also send BC-specific forms to Clients for remote signing, where applicable.

Adding a new Client

Here's how you can add a new Client to the Client Directory:

  1. Navigate to the Clients section in the left navigation bar

  1. Click Add in the top-right of the page

  1. A dialogue box will appear, select Individual/Person
  2. Fill in your Client's information and click Save

  1. After creating your Client, you can see a list of forms to start

Editing a Client

Here's how you can edit an existing Client from the Client Directory:

  1. Locate the Client and click into them

  1. In the top-right, click the Edit button

  1. Make changes to any of the fields, then click Save to confirm your changes
