Generating Reports
This article outlines available reports and how a Backoffice User can generate them for account insights.
Overview
As a Backoffice User, you have the ability to generate a wide range of reports that provide valuable insights into various aspects of the account, including usage, risk history, transactions, and other key metrics. These reports enable you to efficiently retrieve structured data entered into the platform, facilitating easier analysis and informed decision-making.
Available Reports
Report | Description |
Profiles | A comprehensive report detailing each profile within the account. |
Profile Risk History - Details | A detailed report showing changes in risk associated with each profile in the account over time. |
Transactions | A detailed breakdown of each transaction within the account. |
Transactions and Agents | A detailed report linking each transaction to the corresponding agent with it. |
Transaction Activity by Profile - Summary | A high-level overview showing the total number of transactions associated with each profile. |
Transaction Activity by Profile - Details | A detailed report listing all transactions associated with each profile, including participant roles and addresses. |
Form Usage - Details | A detailed report showing the number of forms used by each agent, categorized by their status: in-progress, completed, or approved. |
Users - Details | A detailed report listing every user in the account, including their role, registration status, and activity status. |
Account Summary | A comprehensive report highlighting daily changes in the account, including profile counts, agent counts, transaction counts, and risk assignments. |

How to generate a Report
- Navigate to the Reports section

- From the Report dropdown menu, select your desired report

- Click Generate
